The final event in the series marks the official anniversary of the Fall of Saigon with solemn Black April Flag Ceremonies in two significant civic spaces. These observances pay tribute to the lives lost and the enduring strength of Vietnamese refugees who rebuilt new lives in Boston and beyond. Organized by the Vietnamese-American Community of Massachusetts, veterans, survivors, descendants, and community members are invited to participate and reflect together in public remembrance.
